Welcome! Knowing your own competency profile is always an advantage. It gives you a realistic insight into your strengths and encourages you to use them better - whether for a professional reorientation or for your own personal development. Here you can identify and clearly depict for yourself the competencies that are important for your professional development (self-assessment). After this other people, whose judgement is important to you, can provide a assessment by others. Then you can print out and send all evaluations and tips. You can work on all parts on the site for eight weeks, after which your access expires. There is no time limit to completing the questionnaire. It is of course up to the individual, but on average takes 15 minutes. Then you can find out all about the subject and look at your own evaluation. First you must register using the access code you have been given. When you have registered successfully you can set a password that you must enter every time you access the site.
